I embarked on my real estate journey in 1998 when I joined my father's nonprofit organization, Figueroa Economical Housing Development. Our mission centered on the ground-up construction of multifamily communities. Over time, we broadened our scope to include the acquisition and rehabilitation of affordable apartment complexes throughout the greater Los Angeles area. After successfully revitalizing several local properties, I started traveling across the country to assist other nonprofits in mastering the rehabilitation process. By leveraging funds from federal, state, and local sources, along with private entities, we worked to improve the lives of many.
